Text messages are no longer being delivered to Android devices from my iPhone SE

i was texting an android perfectly fine at 11pm, and then after midnight my texts looked like they were sent on my end, but they were no longer being delivered. I spent hours testing everything with Wi-Fi, without Wi-Fi, with sms marked, with iMessage marked, network reset twice, etc. I can send him photos, and I can text other iPhones, but no one using sms. It was within an hour that I lost the ability to use my texting.
