For the US, $6.99/m is the price for Apple TV+ (excluding tax where applicable).
$7.98 would be for something else, although it may be two items grouped (many prices are set at x.99, so two such items would add to y.98). Why do you think it is for Apple TV+ as well?
- See your subscription overview - Apple. All your active subscriptions are listed in the subscription overview. You can cancel any one of them there, that you do not wish to continue.
- View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support. All charges to your Apple ID account will be specified in the purchase history. Find out what the $7.98 charge is said to be for.
