I want to cancel my trial trial subscription to Paramount+ but Apple charged me for another month.

I am trying to cancel my free trial subscription to Paramount plus, purchased through Apple TV , and Apple signed me up for another month. I do not want to be charged for this and I want to cancel effective immediately (within my initial 7 day free trial) rather than be charged (already happened) $9.99
