Is is possible to easily open all necessary tabs/programs/apps all at once for individual projects?
For example if I want to work on one project...and I want the notes app, the pages app, and safari with my google calendar, and a specific website, to open all at once under this one project is that possible?

The Firefox Web browser supports opening multiple startup pages.
Now, whenever you launch Firefox, it will open that set of pages. You could make Firefox one of your Login Items, if you wished.
Even if you have then set to open automatically at startup, they will not all open at once. They will open in the sequence selected.
For Venture, I use the app Autostarter to open apps at startup.
