If you believe this to be the case, then you need to have an Apple Technician examine your Beats to confirm that ... and, should they agree, you may find that you can get a replacement pair for little or no cost to you. However, the standard Apple limited warranty, against manufacturing defects, is one year from the date of purchase.

Hello Tess, I've figured out that, I need to charge with the case open! And leave them plugged in ALL THE TIME or they drain. For the money I paid for these, they should be more reliable!
