why cant my-family use my apple music, it says family sharing is on ( i cloud works, apple tv)

the kids cant log on to apple music ? any ideas how to make that work? tv and icloud has them working

Apple Music requires the Family Subscription, which cost more than the Individual plan to share with other family members.
