Create backup of JWLibrary on iPad

Is anyone else having difficulty creating a backup of JWLibrary on their iPad?

I have latest iPadOS 16.6 and JWLibrary 14.0.2. On iPad Pro.

When I click on the cloud symbol and select “Create Backup” nothing happens.

I have closed app and reopened.

I have turned iPd off and on again.

I don’t really want to uninstall JWLibrary again as I have many files that then need to be downloaded and installed again.

i have no issues with my Mac or iPhone. Just the iPad.

just wondered if anyone else had same problem.

I am scared of losing all my convention notes but am working on being patient 😀

any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having an issue backing up using iCloud. If that's correct, these steps can help: If you can't back up to iCloud - Apple Support

If that's not the case, let us know more:

Which exact app are you using and wanting to create a back up of?
Do you have any available updates for the specific app, and if so, does installing it help?
