iPad OS [iPad-8] backups to iCloud are incremental...?

If Not, how set up to be ALL incremental... [1st: full + others: incremental?

After the initial device backup to iCloud, by design all subsequent backup activity is incremental.

So, not needed afraid of to do two full backup, only first full all others are incremental, correct?

Can in iCloud backup, backup iPadOS/iPad-8 as well my MBP 2016-late 15in laptop, and also iPhone if buy iPhone...?

All follow same partner first is a full backup, other subsequent are incremental...?
