Go to Settings ➜ Cellular / Mobile ➜ Cellular / Mobile Data Options, and set it to 4G.

Note: The 4G option will only be there if your carrier allows the option to be changed.

Otherwise, the iPhone will switch between 4G and 5G as required automatically.
