Problems connecting the AirPods to the device. Sudden disconnections, can’t update them, etc

The AirPods give me problems in that the connection to the iPhone is slow, the percentages of the earphones drop quickly and suddenly even if I use them for 5 minutes, suddenly they disconnect from me and reconnect. I tried to do a version update for AirPods but it doesn't update
