Sending a prescheduled text

I have just made the switch to iPhone from android (at the moment in living in regret LOL). One feature I had in Android was to be able to send a single scheduled text message. Is there away to do that on a iPhone. It looks like shortcuts is only designed to send messages on a frequency basis. I need to be able to send them once only.
