iCloud back up

I recently change my phone device from an iPhone 11 to the 13 and now I have like two different backups in icloud. Does anyone knows how can I merge the two backups? , I started the phone off new and now I want my old iCloud backup on off my iPhone 11 combined with what I already have on my iPhone 13 , they both have the same ICloud

You cannot combine backups. When you restore from a backup, it means replacing the contents of the device with those of the backup.
