I am trying to give Capcut access to my photo library on my mac. When I go to Privacy Settings the only app that has access is I Movie with no option to add other apps. Would be grateful for help.

Many apps don't work nice with Photos. In fact, that's more like "most apps." The Privacy control doesn't list all apps on the computer-- only apps that might work. Are you sure that CapCut claims to work within Photos?
