¿Qué equipo MAC recomendaríais para este tipo de trabajos? ¿También me gustaría alguna recomendación sobre software de edición?

We're end users, not Apple and not charged with advising commercial ventures. As a retired financial consult, I can tell you if I were to take on your company, there'd be a hefty retainer fee and hourly rates would be commensurate with your business plan, i.e very heft too.
