Oticon Real 1 has low volume from iPhone 14 Pro

I have Oticon Real 1 hearing aids. Most of the time the volume is OK. But when driving or in other similarly loud environments the volume is too low streaming calls or content from iPhone. I can’t find any way to increase the iPhone volume - yes I have tried the solutions found in Forums. that makes the iPhone and the hearing aids unusable in certain situations. For my AirPods, it works fine, so I don’t believe it’s a problem with unreasonable volume.

Thank you for the reply. I am not having pairing issues, I am having volume issues with the iPhone in louder environments such as a car.

Upon further research, I believe the Oticon programming software (used by the provider an not available to the casual user) has the ability to turn up the base volume of the hearing aids. However, that may make the hearing aids too loud in normal listening environments. I may be stuck just switching to my reliable AirPods Pro when in the car and taking calls.
