As has been mentioned several times in the thread you replied to:
You can use Google's own find service to track Android devices.
https://google.com/android/find
Log in with the Google Account used on the Samsung Phone.

No.
You might be able to find the photos in some Google Android or Samsung-related website if you’ve previously enabled uploading from the lost Android phone prior to its loss, or you might get photos from an Android backup that was performed prior to loss, but iPhone knows nothing about Google Android or Samsung photo hosting and device backups.
(And I don’t know much about Samsung Android photo hosting.)
Check with folks that know Android better, and that know Google Images or some Samsung equivalent, if that hosting might have been used.
With iPhone, photos can be set to automatically upload to iCloud, and iCloud photos can be accesses from most anything with a web browser. If iCloud Photos is not enabled, photos can be backed up to a Mac or PC, or to iCloud.
Though this doesn’t help with recovering Samsung Android photos, here is how to avoid losing photos and data, if an iPhone is lost, dropped, dunked, failed, or stolen:

You can request Samsung add support for Apple Find My (a change which won’t help on your timescale here), or you can use the tools that Samsung or Google Android provide for locating lost Samsung devices, which are processes that the folks around here in an Apple-related forum are unlikely to be all that experienced with or knowledgeable about.
Based on a quick web search: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00080182/
No. But you can use Google's own find service to track Android devices.

You could affix an AirTag to it.*
Or convince Samsung to support Find My.*
Or use whatever Samsung or Google Android offers, as has been mentioned.
*retroactively, of course.

If your photos were uploaded to Google Photos, you can download the Google Photos app to your iPhone and log in using the same account credentials that you used on your Samsung. Or, you can do it from a computer using your web browser.
