cannot rename file

When I try to rename file, mac does not allow me. There is no rename option. The file I an trying to rename is in an external disk. I am able to rename some files in the disk, but for some file this is impossible. There is no option to add or change file ownership in the get info option. Locked is checked for the file but it is impossible to uncheck.

I am able to rename the file from a windows computer.

I have spent quite some time to fix the issue but there is no solution.
