I can’t log into my old account my watch is stuck too

I can’t finish setting up my watch it has my old account linked to it I don’t have my old iPhone it was stolen and this is a new apple account

iPhone 14 Plus, iOS 16

If you're the original owner of the watch and can provide valid proof of purchase information  you can start an Activation Lock support request.
