Mac Showing screen time as maxed out

Mac book air 2020 showing screen time as maxed out although it hasn’t been used. It dosent show any apps or websites that have been running

There is no screen time turn off button on my MacOS Montrey 12.5.1. How would I turn off my screen time, or how would I get the Screen time off button?

On my Mac screen time still goes on even when I close my macbook. After waking up in the morning I opened up my Macbook and noticed I used up 8+ hours of screen time when I just started opening it. How? I checked my screen and the "All apps" category was showing it was up the 8+ hours of usage. How do I make sure my app usage doesn't go all the way up even when I close my laptop? It's frustrating seeing inaccurate screen usage on my Macbook.
