It was plugged to a charger and the little light is green, which means it has full battery, and usually it supposed to be turned on by now. I plugged out the charger, pressed long on the power button, nothing happens.

Have you tried the Reset the SMC of your Mac ?
If still no luck >>
Then have a few suggestions ;
1 - Have the computer evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions
2 - Make an Appointment at the Apple Genius Bar and have them evaluate the computer
