Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
If your MacBook's battery drained fully and it's not turning on even after charging it overnight with a different charger, there are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check the MagSafe connection: Ensure that the MagSafe connector is securely plugged into your MacBook and that there are no obstructions or debris in the charging port. You can also try cleaning the port with compressed air.
2. Reset the SMC (System Management Controller): Resetting the SMC can often resolve power-related issues.
3. Try a different power outlet: Plug your MacBook into a different power outlet to ensure that the issue is not related to the power source.
4. Check for physical damage: Inspect the power cable and MagSafe adapter for any signs of damage, such as frayed wires or bent connectors.
5. Seek professional help: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's advisable to reach out to Apple Support or visit an authorized Apple service center for further assistance.
