We have Issue when renew MDM apple push certificate used on Microsoft Intune. The error on Microsoft side looks like as below:
Topic ID does not match the existing certificate. Request ID: XXXX
Can you please help me on this since this certification will expire for 2 days?!

We are doing renew using existing CSR from Intune, then download the PEM file from Apple MDM push certificate

I had the same issue. My solution was NOT to create a new certificate in Apple Push Certificates Portal - I had to choose the existing certificate and renew it.
