When I am on an email, if I tell Siri to “remind me about this tomorrow at 9 am” then it creates a reminder and attached the email link to it. It was a very useful feature which is no longer working after ios16. Please let me know how to fix this

They don't appear to have removed it. I just tested it on an email. "Remind me of this" worked. "Remind me of this tomorrow" worked fine. "Remind me of this tomorrow at 9am" though, did not work. No one here in this user-to-user forum would know why they changed it.

I feel the command is very ambiguous when you say the word "this" to Siri.
Siri's integration with email has primarily been focused on sending, reading, and composing emails, rather than interacting with specific email content or reminders related to them.
Thanks @SaravanKrA for the reply. This was an existing feature which used to work very well. It is rather disappointing from Apple side that they have removed a very useful feature.
hope you are aware that this was a working feature and reminds me of what is in front of the screen be it an email I need to follow up or the website in safari I need to get back to.
I am really curious to understand the apple engineers thought process of removing this feature.

iOS 16.6. I didn't actually know this feature existed until I saw it mentioned in another thread recently (same issue, by the way). So, no, I don't think there are any specific settings for this.
Just for kicks, try resetting your network settings. Settings>General>Transfer or Reset Phone>Reset>Reset Network Settings. The reason I suggest this is that a lot of what Siri does is server-side. There could be something funky going on with your connection. You'll lose saved WiFi passwords but nothing else and it doesn't take long.
I'm so glad to hear it worked. Resetting network settings is another one of those troubleshooting steps like "turn the phone off and turn it back on again". It seems to work pretty often, it doesn't take long and it doesn't take much time to recover from . So, why not?

Wow ! It worked. I reset my network settings , had to re-enter Wi-Fi passwords like you said and was skeptical as to what would network settings got to do with this !
