Apple One Family (paid) does not grant access to some TV+ content

I have had a subscription to Apple One Family for more than a year, that for my understanding should include TV+. While I am able to enjoy some TV+ content (namely ongoing TV series like Foundation), I have to pay for movies, even old ones (with few exceptions).

Is this normal? On the description of Apple One Family is stated that Apple TV+ is included.
