My family can’t see Apple TV subscription

I have Apple One Premier. My family can only see iCloud+ subscription. How do they join Apple TV+ subscription?

Thanks. I had a secondary Apple ID set up (from back in the iTunes Home Sharing days I guess) that was preventing things from being shared correctly. Once I removed the secondary Apple ID (Settings-Family-<Me>-Apple ID) it showed that everything was being shared correctly.
