I have been trying to turn off a subscription for days and nothing is working. In fact, I can’t even click on my name in settings to see what subscriptions I currently have. That area is completely grayed out while a dating app is charging me $30 a week! Please help me!

If an app or feature on your device is not working, not appearing, or is restricted (grayed out), it may have been disabled using Screen Time, or by an IT administrator if you are using a device owned by an employer or educational institution.

Tap Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy > scroll to Allow Changes.
- If the device is managed (Settings > General > VPN & Device Management), contact the IT department that is doing the managing.

it might be that the "settings" needs to be toggled to on via "mobile service" scroll down to the list of apps that can use mobile data and toggle the "settings" one to green
The subscription area on my settings is grayed out and won’t allow me to see my subscriptions. Why would that option be taken away? Now I can’t turn off a weekly $30 subscription! Help!
