Can’t see subscription in setting.

Hello I’m new to this community center for Apple, I can’t seem to find my subscription in settings and I can’t download any apps without this subscription being canceled

This doesn’t really make sense. Perhaps you should provide many more details. Examples:

  • What iPhone model?
  • What iOS version?
  • What steps did you attempt?
  • What did you see?
  • What was the wording of error messages?
  • What subscriptions are involved?
  • What apps are involved?
  • Are Screen Time restrictions involved?
  • Is a profile involved?

I’m sorry I didn’t make this more clear i have an IPhone 7 I have a version of 15.7.7 and the steps I attempted was going on settings and clicking on my name and going to subscriptions and I don’t see no subscriptions that’s active for 22$ which Apple is trying to charge me for and I only have 2 open subscriptions that’s it, and I can’t download any apps until I figure out what is else or until someone helps me because I don’t know what subscription involves 22$.
