IPad Pro Bluetooth Unavailable

This is my second iPad Pro (11-inch) (4th generation) that randomly disconnects Bluetooth. I’ve had this happen with AirPod Pro and Jabra headphones.

I received my current device only 4 days ago! Apple, you have a major issue with your hardware.

Before you ask, I set up the device as new! I have hard reset it and reset network settings multiple times.

WHY does my iPad show Unavailable for Bluetooth?

Had this issue ever since I bought my iPad. I've had to have it refunded and exchange 3 times and had to rebuy applecare every time. No software update, reset, new iPad or new apple pencil fixes it. It is very obviously a serious defect for a terrible device. A nail in the coffin for me.


I've had a ticket open with Apple Support months. It has been with the engineers in Cupertino since May. My Apple Suport Rep has been amazing but haven't heard a peep from the engineers.


They have only said they have acknowledged the issue and have asked me to install a bluetooth profile to capture logs of the bluetooth module but nothing more. Useless.
