Unable to fix bluetooth issues on iPhone and iPad after update

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max that has worked wonderfully for over a year. Since iOS 18.X (I don’t remember exactly when the problem started), I have disconnects with my Powerbeats Pro earbuds. Often, I will have to turn off and turn on Bluetooth to get it to connect. I’m having the same issue with my iPad, which is also up-to-date. Additionally, I am often unable to connect to CarPlay without turning off Bluetooth and my car and turning them back on again. The list of methods for fixing connectivity issues is fine, but doesn’t really apply as I think this is a serious bug. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply. Yes. Removed them from all devices and reconnected. Didn’t help. And the 6 fixes you suggested suggest a problem with the phone - iOS or hardware. Because I’m having the problem with my iPad as well, flattening and restoring the phone doesn’t seem productive. And since the problem affects my car as well, I think that eliminates the ear buds. Pretty sure Apple needs to fix the problem with an updated build.
