Disable Apple Watch face customization resulting from (unwanted) long press

Is there a way to disable the standard Apple Watch feature of editing the watch face by long-pressing on it? I have inadvertantly deleted watch faces with arm-crossing and/or trying to sleep with my watch on.

When I cross my arms and I'm wearing short sleeves, the watch often things I'm long-pressing the face and goes into edit mode, and if I don't notice it, bad things can happen if I then inadvertantly 'scroll up' and then re-tap where the trash can has appeared 🙄. (Alas, there does NOT appear to be an undo for deleting a watch face which kinda stinks if it was a customized one.)

Thank you.

Then make a disable long-press feature! You make the OS and customers have a problem, its simple fix IT!
