Troubleshooting which system settings or software installed on my m1 MacBook Air is making the system incompatible with Private Relay... Any logs or something I could tap into, to narrow this down?

The lack of information is frustrating with these vague notifications, however, it appears there is a conflict with Screen Time and having Content & Privacy Restrictions turned on to limit Web Content. It was working fine until the OS update. This includes the update to Sonoma on the desktop. It is working though on iPhones and iPads under iOSes.

Thanks, none of that worked. Isn't there a log or something that'd help diagnose what it is that's preventing my use of private relay??
