Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We see you're trying to use iCloud Private Relay on Mac. To start, let's follow these steps carefully and see if they help.

Use iCloud Private Relay on Mac - Apple Support

"Use iCloud Private Relay on Mac

iCloud Private Relay is an internet privacy service that lets you connect to virtually any network and browse with Safari in an even more secure and private way. It ensures that the traffic leaving your device is encrypted and uses two separate internet relays so no one can use your IP address, location, and browsing activity to create a detailed profile about you. When you subscribe to iCloud+, you can turn on iCloud Private Relay in Apple ID iCloud settings.

You can also set up iCloud Private Relay across all your iOS and iPadOS devices. See Set up iCloud Private Relay on all your devices.

You can subscribe to iCloud+ or to Apple One, which includes iCloud+ and other services. See the Apple Support article Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One

Note: iCloud+ features aren’t available in all countries or regions. See macOS Feature Availability.
