iPhone 7 microphone doesn’t work and graded out how do I fix it

when I try to make a call it rings on speaker with the speaker button graded out and once the other person answers I can’t hear them and they can’t hear me. Also when I text and try to use my microphone it doesn’t work. I can’t FaceTime. My music still plays thru my speaker but when I make a call I can’t hear anything and neither can the person on the other line. Helppp. I think I hit the wrong button somewhere I just don’t know how to fix it.
