Face ID for RBS
My wife has an iPhone 13 and had the option of using Face ID to log into the RBS Banking app I haven’t got the option on my iPhone 11 even though the bank says it has! Help

Does the option for Face ID in the app show up, or is it missing completely?
If it’s missing completely, then the app is probably not up to date. Head over to the App Store and check for updates.
If it shows up but doesn’t work, you might not have Face ID enabled for your device.
