How do I fix message blocking?
i can text people but some of the people in my contacts I can’t text. This is still happening and I can’t figure out why

Apple Inc does not provide SMS services. You do not have an SMS plan enabled by your carrier for the SIM that you are using. Probably you only have a Data plan on the SIM.
See the pic below. I only have a Data plan with Google Fi.
