watch emergency services number

Hi, I've just purchased an Apple Watch SE.

I'm living in the UK. How can I tell that the watch is set up to dial the UK emergency service using the number 999?

Apple Watch 8 emergency call Hi sorry if this is a really stupid question but do I need to add the number for my local emergency services ie 999 in Uk to the Watch or will it automatically know to call that number in the event of an emergency I can’t work out whether I need to add anything other than personal contact numbers, say my wife for example, to the emergency contact numbers section than you Tim

We cannot set up AFib History on my wife's Apple Watch because it gives the notice "AFib History is not available in your region". The watch was purchased in the US and we are located in the US (Kentucy). Why do we get this message? If it is set up with UK region then it will dial 999

Swipe up face to Control Centre and tap the two masks icon. If it says "Cinema Mode" then it is set up for UK.

If it says "Theater Mode" then it is not set up for UK
