Looks like mi mic always gets mute when others talk, its on every meeting platforms, such as Slack, Zoom, Teams, etc. It is sort of annoying because I cant have proper discussions or brainstorming as the rest of the team since everyone must stay silent for me to talk. This doesnt happen when I use my earpods, both wire and wireless.

If we're understanding you correctly, your Mac microphone mutes itself when there is sound coming out of the speakers on the Mac. Is that correct?
If yes, we advise that you restart your Mac (Shut down or restart your Mac) and make sure it's fully updated (Update macOS on Mac). Once those are done, please test this issue.
If the issue persists, continue by testing to see when this behavior occurs. First, put your Mac into safe mode and test. Booting into safe mode will disable any startup and login items from automatically opening, which can help us to isolate the source of the issue further. Since that behavior persisted after testing in safe mode, the next step will be to see if that behavior persists in a newly created user account. This resource covers that process, for reference: Add a user or group on Mac - Apple Support That should help to further isolate this to a system-wide or user-specific behavior.
Additionally, do you experience the same behavior during a FaceTime call?

Thanks for your time! The situation is that whenever I am on a meeting on any platform/app, mi microphone gets muted when someone else talks, it doesn’t show the mute sign on my side, people just stop listening to me. i’ve already tried the safe mode and it didn’t work. Ive visited many apple centers and they just don’t know, they just tell me they have seen this case on iphones and since there is no failure on hardware they cant really do much. This gets fixed when I use earpods with a microphone included but I don’t think its a real solution.

Hi! Forgot to mention that I’ve already created another user as well per Apple Center’s technical support recommendation and its the same. Also Facetime mutes me when other’s talk.
