Lost appleTV+ iPhone app

iPhone 8 in jiggle mode and moving the appleTV+ app to another screen. Lost control, and it disappeared when it got to the bottom line. Already had 4 apps there, and the appleTV+ app just disappeared.

Settings still has it, and the App Store will open, but not re-download.

How do I work with this?

iPhone 4s, iOS 9

Never mind. I disconnected iPhone from iTunes on computer, the re-connected, and there it was on the Home Screen....

I guess I shoulda known.
