App for appleTV+ on my iPhone 13

Library section of the TV app on my iPhone. I am not able to choose another option from the Bottom Row is only Library not able to SWIPE UP from the bottom of your screen to return to the Home Screen.

i did reboot entire phone and fully close the app nothing worked
