Lightning fast Apple charger complaint

Hi, I bought a lightning fast Apple charger with a lifetime warranty and all the sudden three weeks later it won’t charge. Anybody have a similar problem.

It's unfortunate that your Apple charger stopped working after just three weeks. While Apple products are generally known for their quality and reliability, occasional issues can still arise. Here are a few steps you can take to address this situation:

  1. Check the Basics:Before assuming the charger is faulty, ensure that there are no issues with the outlet, the charging cable, or the device you're trying to charge. Try using the charger with a different cable or device to narrow down the problem.
  2. Warranty Information:Review the warranty terms and conditions provided with your charger. Make sure you understand what is covered under the "lifetime warranty" and how to initiate a warranty claim. If the charger is indeed covered, you should be able to request a replacement.
  3. Contact the Seller:Reach out to the seller or manufacturer from whom you purchased the charger. Provide them with details about the issue and inquire about the warranty claim process. They should be able to guide you on how to proceed.
  4. Warranty Claim Process:If the charger is covered by a lifetime warranty, there may be specific steps you need to follow to initiate a warranty claim. This could involve providing proof of purchase, filling out a warranty claim form, or returning the defective charger.
  5. Document the Issue:Before returning or replacing the charger, consider taking photos or videos that clearly show the issue you're experiencing. This documentation can be useful for communicating the problem to the seller or manufacturer.
  6. Customer Reviews:Check online customer reviews or forums to see if others have experienced similar issues with the same charger. It's possible that there might be a known issue that others have encountered and found solutions for.
  7. Alternative Charging Options:While you're working to resolve the issue with your charger, consider using an alternative charging method to keep your devices charged, such as using another charger or a wireless charging pad.
  8. Return or Exchange:If the charger is still within the return or exchange period from the seller, you might consider returning it for a refund or exchanging it for a new one.

Thank you. I’m ****** at the retailer because it says lifetime warranty and nothing else. The employee didn’t tell me to be sure to register within 30 days or warranty could be void (luckily I did register it) also, no mention was made of how to be careful because both ends of the cords are very similar in size, luckily I have smart kids so the cord has always been plugged into the charger. I’m becoming dissatisfied with Apple because I had the whole iPhone disabled problem on my $1200 iPhone and within months it was disabled and no I’m not stupid, I knew the password, I ended up taking it to the Apple Store and was told it had moisture in it, which was false. I waited over a month for a replacement and finally I traded it for an android but told them if they got it fixed I wanted to buy it back. They wound up selling it to someone else. I got another iPhone due to marital crap so I have two and now this cord bill. I’m very disappointed

If the charge you bought has a lifetime warranty, it is not an Apple product.

Apple does not require that you register a warranty within 30 days.

It sounds like this "retailer" is feeding you a bunch of nonsense.
