I lost/stolen my beats and can't find the serial number in app.
How do I find the serial number? Also what can be done if that serial number is used again?

When you initially set up and paired your Beats to your phone, they also became associated with your Apple ID. That is how you are able to use the Find My system to try locating them.
However, what I am not 100% sure about is if someone resets them will they be able to use them. You may need to wait for someone else here, who have Beats earbuds, to chime in with that answer.
