how to adjust the bass and treble sound on my macbook pro.

I'm stuck with watching news live stream on my MacBook pro and the sound is really tiny. How do I adjust the treble and bass on my computer?

Lag in changing the sound in control centre I just got a 2023 MacBook Pro 14 inch on Sonoma. When I head in to the control centre, I try to change the sound but it is quite laggy and unresponsive. For brightness, it is buttery smooth. So I have no clue why it is struggling to change the volume in control centre. I have checked activity monitor and it everything is normal.
