My apple TV 4k keeps on disconnecting after 20 minutes of using it, ever since I hooked up a Soundbar to the TV!

I had purchased a Philips hue Sync box and Philips Hue gradient light strips. In order for me to use these items I had to purchase a apple tv. I had purchased my apple tv 2 months ago and I never had any issues with connection during those two months. Once I had gotten my Samsung sound bar HW-Q910B for some reason it started to disconnect from my tv. Where I need to completely shut off my tv and sound bar for the connection to come back. Also when I use my sound bar with the smart tv it never disconnects, its only when I start using the Apple TV.

The wiring is like this: Apple Tv-> Philips hue sync box-> sound bar-> TV ( this one is all hooked up to the eARC HDMI)

I have also tried: Apple Tv-> Philips hue sync box-> TV( Normal HDMI)

Sound bar-> TV ( eARC HDMI)

I have tried these two connections and for some reason it doesn't work.

Could anyone please help me figure out what the issue is and what I could do to fix it.

It sounds like you may want to reach out to the manufacturer of the sound bar to assist you with getting this resolved, since the Apple TV works as expected when disconnected from those accessories. Before you do that, however, we'd recommend some general Apple TV troubleshooting including updating the device and resetting it to try and resolve the issue. You can find the steps for both of those processes below:

First, try updating your Apple TV: Update your Apple TV - Apple Support
If that doesn't resolve the issue, try resetting or restoring your Apple TV and setting it up from scratch: Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support
