Hi. can i edit in Imovie , Live pics. with 3 min. video, with the movement of the short video ?

Yes, you can edit a live photo in iMovie. However, it won't import into iMovie as a live photo. The way to do it is to export the live photo from the Photos app as an unmodified original (File/Export/As unmodified original) to your desktop. That will deposit a photo and a 2-3 second video file on your desktop, that are the components of the live photo. Drag the photo and video file into iMovie and edit as you wish.
