Hi, my iPhone cellular company, Spectrum, does not support Apple Watch Family Mode. The Apple Watch 5 is for my daughter and we'd prefer to use a watch rather than get her a phone. is there a way to add a wearable cellular plan for Watch in Family Mode that is separate from the iPhone cellular plan?

Under step 7, it reads:
“…If your carrier doesn't support Family Setup, or you'd like to use a different carrier, select Not Now.* You can choose an alternative carrier from this list of supported carriers and contact them directly to set up your cellular plan. …”
If you set up a watch for a family member, there will be a number of apps they will not be able to download (eg spotify). Apple will not tell you this up front.
