Hijack keeps cutting out on Apple TV… any advice to help?

We get 10 seconds in and it shows an error message… and then we have to start it again! We can’t get longer than 10 seconds of streaming…

Try to sign out, then sign in again.
Else try deleting the Apple TV app (if that is supported on your TV), reinstall, and sign in again.
Else try a cold restart of the TV.

Several other users have mentioned something similar for this show. Not sure what these users have in common. It doesn’t happen for others.

its only happening on my Tv…. And no other shows are doing it!

i haven’t tried it on any other devices!

Same with us. Watching On fire stick but seems irrelevant as other Apple TV shows are streaming without issues.

On what device is this happening? Different devices may need different troubleshooting approaches.

Does a similar behavior happen for other Apple TV+ shows?
