Iphone XR/11 IOS 16.6 App store not letting me download one specific app.

It just says “purchased” and greyed out after pressing “get” - and putting in face id.

Just for context, I am a year too young for the app, but it doesn’t happen to other apps im underage for. I don’t have content restrictions enabled, but I do have screen time.The picture is made on the app store download screen. Tried on iphone 11 And XR
