I just bought a iPad 3 and none of the apps will download. The restrictions are off. And whenever I try to download an app all it shows is "Unable to Purchase [app name] is not compatible with this iPad "

The iPad 3rd generation is outdated and you won't be able to download any apps. Can you return it from where you bought it, else it won't be of any use to you. Just for your information- it was launched on March 16, 2012.
