Wallet on Watch not syncing to iPhone

One credit card which appears in my phone wallet does not show up on my watch wallet. Another credit card which was deleted from my iPhone wallet was not deleted from my watch wallet. I was able to add a member rewards card on my phone that DID sync correctly to my watch wallet. The issue seems to be isolated to the credit cards.

I have recently updated the software on my iPhone and the problem persists. My software on the watch is up to date.

I followed the directions in other threads to make sure the wallet app button is toggled on for apps using iCloud and it is.
