My wallet on my phone has a number of payment cards and some store cards in it. Up until recently (maybe last week) my store cards were on my phone and my watch. Now only 1 of the 3 store cards are on the watch.
I have checked iCloud and apps using iCloud; this is turned on. Any ideas?

Thanks. Tried that. They don’t show in the wallet app on my watch but they do show in the wallet app on my phone. Watch is set to mirror iPhone. Any other thoughts?
Nope. Seems I can only add a debit/credit card or a travel card. No store cards any more.
Open the Watch App on your iPhone. Scan down to Wallet & Apple Pay and tap there. All the cards you have access to, should appear. The ones not on your watch may need to be reenabled, which you can do there.
If you tap the Add Card, it should show the cards which are on your iPhone, but aren't on your watch. If they aren't listed then, then just add the cards.
I don't use Store Cards, so I'm going to recommend you reach out to Apple Support for help confirmation.
